A testimonial is a certification of the student’s current registration status at the University. This application form is NOT applicable to students who have completed the program of study.
The academic transcript provides a FULL record of a student’s academic results and performance.
Requests to add a course, to withdraw from a course, to change course enrollment status, or to swap within a course after the add/drop period will not be accepted except under extenuating circumstances.
Transfer of credits may be granted to students in recognition of studies completed elsewhere other than HKUST(GZ) at an appropriate level as recognized by the University.
Application for program transfer and change of academic load should be submitted before the term the transfer takes effect.
The Leave from Study should be on term basis. Application for Leave from Study should be made prior to the beginning of a regular term, in which the leave from study status will become effective. Under exceptional circumstances, such as health issues, the leave period can commence at other times.
