Class Enrollment Guide (UG)

Class enrollment of undergraduate students is processed with the web-based Student Information System (SIS). Students can submit their class choices and confirm class places online with the University’s Campus Account. Before class enrollment starts, students may validate their eligibility to enroll a class via the same system.

Registered and active students can access SIS at any point that has access to the internet. For new UG students (Fall term only), after completing program registration with the University, a student with valid Campus Account may access the class enrollment functions of SIS the next day.

The main system functions of Student Information System (SIS) include the following:

  • Students can view their own class timetable.
  • Students can submit class choices, confirm their places or/and make changes before the add/drop deadline.
  • In case of over-subscription of classes, they can be put on the system-automated waiting list for class space.
  • In case students require special approval from the faculty member/academic department for enrollment, requests can be submitted through the system.

Students should refer to the Program/ Course Catalog for information about program requirements. Please approach your program office/ major department or Academic Advisor for academic advice on class enrollment. You should submit your class requests according to their advice.
